L&M Consulting, Inc., 22030 NE 73rd Street, Redmond, WA 98053, operates landmconsultinginc.com.

What we collect

Contact form: name, company, work email, phone, and your message.

24-hour security check: legal name, email, optional company, the exact domain, and your confirmation that you own the site or have written permission. If you buy the authenticated check, we collect one test-account username and password after payment.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We receive payment status, amount, and the email Stripe returns. We do not store full card numbers.

Netlify may log IP address, browser, and pages requested to run the site.

How we use it

To answer inquiries, run the check you paid for, send the reviewed report, credit the fee if you continue to a full in-person assessment, issue a refund when the refund policy says so, and keep records of the order.

An AI tool is used only for the 24-hour security check. A person at L&M reviews that report before it is sent. The full in-person assessment is done by people only. We do not name the AI tool.

Who we share it with

Stripe, for payment. Formspree, for the contact form. Netlify, for hosting. We do not sell personal information. We share it if the law requires it.

Test-account credentials are used only for that order and deleted within 7 days after the report is sent.

How long we keep it

Order records, the authorization, and the report are kept for 3 years. Contact-form messages are kept for 2 years. You can email landrew@landmconsultinginc.com to ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion. We will not delete records we must keep for a payment dispute, tax, or a check already run.

Cookies

The site does not use advertising cookies. Stripe may set cookies on checkout.
