Refund Policy

The 24-hour check fee is refunded only if the check cannot start: the named domain is unreachable after one retry, or the authorization is incomplete. Once a reachable check has been run, the fee is earned.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe within 10 business days.

A wrong domain, a change of mind after payment, or a report you dislike is not a reason for a refund if the check could be run.

If you pay for the authenticated check and do not provide a working test account, L&M runs the public check and refunds the $250 difference.

Crediting the fee toward a later full in-person assessment is not a cash refund. That credit lasts 90 days from the report and follows the Security Check Terms.
